This property is unique in many ways and tucked away, yet conveniently located near Lake Conroe. Sleeps a total of 6 people w/ 1 king upstairs in master, 2 queens in 2 bedrooms downstairs. This property also has a private swimming POOL on-site to enjoy along with a small fire pit and grill! And we’ve recently added a new privacy fence for pool area & back yard along with an outdoor kitchenette with a TV and a deck overlooking the pool area, which is great for hanging out. The backyard area is now totally fenced in for your pups to play. There's a boat ramp in our neighborhood to use upon request, but please let us know prior to check-in, so we may leave a boat ramp pass for you, provided we have one available.
Convenient drive-thru parking for your boat on backside of pool with car parking for 2-3 vehicles up next to the house. While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property in the neighborhood nearby that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you what you need to do for access.
If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering or event. We do restrict to a maximum 15 Guests total, which includes the maximum of 6 Guests staying the nights during your stay. Again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, while staying with us, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECK-IN, your Host's final approval, and Additional Guest Fees may apply.
LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge_Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with your Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. ** NO SMOKING INSIDE, including vapes and e-cigarettes please, but okay to smoke in and around outside areas and patios. Please do not leave cigarette buts lying around.

Our neighborhood is called Lake Conroe Forest and is conveniently located off Highway 105 across from Waterpoint Marina & Shopping Center, where there are tasty restaurants to choose from such as Monty's Cajun Seafood Bar & Grill, Akashi, Fajita Jack's, Bar Lago, a CVS, etc.
Uber is an option in our community, however, please note the later in the night it gets, the more difficult it is to secure a ride via Uber.
