It is also shared space along with living room, pool table, boss toss game, lower back deck, and fenced backyard. And we have a kitchenette upstairs for guest convenience with a Keurig, microwave, and small fridge with room for your leftovers, etc.

We still have outside grounds work in progress and exterior facia work on adjacent building, however, the room/home and private upper deck are ready for your stay and are quite accommodating. Also, driveway is a circle drive with parking available between cypress trees lining the drive. And we do have room for vehicles with trailers as well as space for a trailer or boat to be unhitched, if necessary.
PETS ALLOWED_$45 Per Pet FEE applies upon checkin unless you process payment at time of booking. * We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture like our sweet Juno, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.
LATE CHECK-OUT options available at two different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge_Until 2pm @ $45. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).
Kelly and Roy, your Hosts, may or may not be on-site during your stay, but they are always available along with their Lake ConRoy Team, should you need anything or have questions throughout your stay.
Uber is an option, but difficult to secure rides later in the day as we are in the National Forest, but we are just 12 miles north of Montgomery.
