This property is unique in many ways and tucked away, yet conveniently located near Lake Conroe. Sleeps a total of 6 people w/ 1 king upstairs in master, 2 queens in 2 bedrooms downstairs, and if you plan on one or two more guests joining you, a queen air mattress can be provided upon request. This property also has a private swimming POOL on-site to enjoy along with a small fire pit and grill! There are smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms & the living room with Roku. And we’ve just added a new privacy fence for pool area & back yard, and building a new deck for hanging while grilling. Pictures forthcoming. Also, there's a boat ramp in our neighborhood to use upon request, but please let us know prior to check-in, so we may leave a boat ramp pass for you.
Convenient drive-thru parking for your boat and trailer on backside of pool with car parking for 2-3 cars up next to the house. While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property in the neighborhood nearby that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you what you need to do for access.
If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering or event. Again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, while staying with us, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECKIN and the Host's final approval.

Our neighborhood is called Lake Conroe Forest and is conveniently located off Highway 105 across from Waterpoint Marina & Shopping Center, where there are tasty restaurants to choose from, Bar Lago, a CVS, etc.
Uber is an option in our community, however, please note the later in the night it gets, the more difficult it is to secure a ride via Uber.
