About us

Roy Burchfield has lived in the Lake Conroe / Montgomery Texas community for over 30 years and takes great pride in maintaining his properties and creating space for you, your family, and friends to enjoy.  He has had rental properties for 20+ years in the Lake Conroe Community and continues to steadily grow his Short-Term Rental business, which he started in 2019.  Roy & Kelly are Superhosts and Premier Hosts and their Team is readily available to answer any questions and/or assist you before, during, and after your stays with us.

Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest along with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.

How we started

In 2019 Roy remodeled and designed a new man cave (hang-out) in the neighborhood.  As he fine tuned it and stayed there a few times with his girlfriend at that time, Kelly, he decided to create his first Airbnb Listing to see if it would rent. 


It's been an amazing experience and still a work in progress for us as we now have 14 Listings 6 years after our first Cozy Barn Listing went live.  Our Cozy Barn is still a Guest favorite too.

Our team

We have an A-MAZING Team supporting our short-term rental business!  In the field we still have Roy's hands overseeing everything from maintenance to upgrades and Guest Services.  Then we have our Accommodations Manager, Matt, along with our Housekeeping Team led by Angel, as well as our back office operations with Kelly, Catalina, and Joy handling our Listings, Guest Communications, reservation modifications and add-ons, bookkeeping, etc. 


We truly are blessed with THE BEST Team to help us maintain our Premier Host and Super Host status as well as continued growth.
